At the end of August 2020, the construction of Andersia Silver - the fourth and final stage of development of Andersa Square in Poznań, planned by the Von der Heyden Group, began. This tallest building in Poznań will be located opposite Stary Browar, next to Poznań Financial Center, Andersia Tower and Andersia Business Center. The Andersia Silver office building was designed by the Poznań Design Studio of Ewa and Stanisław Sipiński. At its highest point, the building will be 117.5 meters high - 25 above-ground and 3 underground levels. The lower part will face Królowej Jadwigi street, while the higher part will face Krakowska street. Andersia Silver is to receive a LEED certificate at the Gold level. The building is scheduled for completion in 2023.
