The new publication of Centrum Promocji Jakości Stali - Technical Bulletin No. 10 is available for download.

"The aim of these studies was to determine the behavior of the edge fragment of the plate-column structure in the emergency condition, which was caused by the removal of the column located on the edge of the plate in the middle of its length. The basis of the analysis was the area of two fields separated from the entire plate around the removed column."
